The palace was created in 1758 by Sultan Hamengkubuwono I as a vacation home for the royal family. Castle means beautiful garden. The palace was badly damaged by the earthquake in 1867. - Not allowed to take pictures of the sultan's private bedroom in the complex pool Binangun Bannerman.
- You can use a rickshaw to get around further.
- Dress and shoes that enjoy and take your hat, because the temperature in Yogyakarta fairly high.
